If you need to sent your APi unit to our service center for service, you need to call our Technical Support Dept. to
request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Our service center will not except package without a RA#.
It is recommended you ship with insurance, and double box your packages, APi is not responsible for lost or
damaged packages. Please allow 2~3 weeks (after receipt your unit) for service & delivery.
Products under warranty: Copy of original receipt, Name, Address, Phone #  must included along the your
defective unit when sent back to factory for service/repair.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
To obtain warranty service, you must take the product or deliver the product freight prepaid, in either it’s original
packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to any authorized APi service facility.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or
modification of or to any part of the product, including the antenna. This warranty does not cover damage due to
improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other
than a facility authorized by APi to service the product. This warranty does not cover product sold AS IS or WITH
ALL FAULTS, or consumable (such as fuses or batteries). This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial
number has been altered or removed from the product.

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, which is evidence that the unit is within the
warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service.
